Hey everybody.. so I've been here quite a while, and so far I've learned a lot from reading through the threads.

I've always wanted to keep a blog of my own, but for some reason I never seem to make it happen. Sometimes I get too busy that I barely have the time to update anything, so there's that.

Anyway, glad that I signed up on here and found an option to blog. This is going to very helpful.

So for my first blog post, I am going to write down my workout of the day. Hopefully I get to update this often, and see my progress in the long run.



getripped02's workout for today, 1st Nov '16

12 minutes on stationary bike
2 x 10 push ups (warm up)
3 x 12 8lb dumbbell inclined bench press
3 x 12 8lb single dumbbell bench press
3 x 12 8lb dumbbell chest fly top half
3 x 12 8lb dumbbell chest fly bottom half
3 x 12 8lb dumbbell wide row
3 x 12 chest press, using resistance band
1 x 10 push ups (cool down)

Stats:
Gender: F
Height: 168 cm
Weight: 65 kg

I don't really take pre/post-workout supplements - still doing a research on that. At the moment, I go all natural, hopefully once I've decided I'll keep this log updated with all the supplements I take.
