Sorry for not being able to blog last week, i had to move over the weekend and bunch of other random bs.

but here are the stats
i started my wk 9 on monday, talked to sam and he said he is willing to support me until wk 16 instead of wk 12

Drug changes: my t3 is up to 62.5mg, clen is the same at 100mcg, adex is up to .5eod, tren is at 100mg eod and test e is still the same 500mg per week and winny at 50mg in two doses per day.

Starting weight is 180lbs and end weight is also 180lbs. Sam made some changes as he said its time to dry my diet out so we have taken out some carbs and fats. Also used fish at 9pm meal, taking caffine pills aswell, he also suggested i take yohimbine hcl but since i live in canada and i can't get em here. I had to order them thru naps (thank god for naps) . other than than strength is thru the roof and best of all recovery aswell. Gear is at its best from naps. Tren is giving me a little sides with sleep but i am taking 2.5mg of melatonin to cover for it but i can live with that, its no biggie. Here is my new diet:

8am: 6 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats (dry measure)
11am: 6 oz chicken breast
1-1:30 pm 6 oz chicken breast, 4 oz sweet potato
2:30pm train
4:45-5pm: 6oz steak or extra lean ground beef, large green salad, 4 oz sweet potato
7pm 6 oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup raw almonds, or walnuts
9pm 8 oz white fish, 6 asparagus spears
11:00 25 g whey iso in water, 1 level tbs of natty peanut butter
