Hey everyone,

So the first week actually is over, to be honest I had trouble adjusting to the new diet as I wasn't used to eating this. Usually I'd just go for a shake or whatever came first especially in this period so that was a change. The craving slowly disappears but still is present so I'm fighting it off.

As you can imagine there isn't much to be expected the first week, realistically speaking the gear only kicks in around the end of the week for prop and 4 weeks later for the rest so I can't wait for that moment to come.

The cardio is fine, though I always lack energy in the morning (my afternoon) because I lack sleep. I can't sleep over 5 to 6 hours per day so when it accumulates itself I can be pretty tired but luckily that's only 4 to 5 nights a week I'm working.

Other than that, I couldn't really up my weights, but then again I can't really expect to hit the roof the first week. I'll get pictures later today or tomorrow then post them.
