Started my second week today, have posted the pics i took this morning.

Weight = 172lbs

and i have attached front and back pictures.

For the first few days, had a medium headache during the day, not sure why that was but its all better now. Other than that i haven't felt any other major change, sugar cravings aren't bad right now.

For Diet: i am still on the same diet

8am: 4 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 cup oats

11am train

12:30pm 25 g whey iso in water, 1 regular size banana

1:15-2pm: 6oz steak or extra lean ground beef, large green salad no dressing, 6 oz sweet potato

4 pm: 6 oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup of my regular brown rice

6 pm 6 oz chicken breast, 6 oz sweet potato

8pm 6 oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup raw almonds, or walnuts

10pm 6 oz white fish, 1/4 cup of my regular brown rice, 6 asparagus spears

12:00 25 g whey iso in water, 1 level tbs of natty peanut butter

Don't really like training at 11pm cuz push isn't good at all, but when i use to train at 2pm, workout were just phenomenal. So thinking of going back to that routine. Other than that, that's it for now.
