Whats Up everyone!
This is my first official day of the PGS diet. I actually started yesterday but the Hawks won the cup. So I had to cheat and have quite a few drinks. I am pretty sure my binge negated everything that I had done for the day. LOL. Anyhow, there are no more teams to root for. The sox and cubs suck, So I can dedicate all of my time to PGS. My starting weight 194 lbs and body fat by Electronic scale is 27.7%I will be doing a hydrostatic bf test at my university at the end of the contest.
Anyhow, before the project, my heaviest weight was 230+ lbs. I had already lost 20 lbs by prior to being selected for the the project. So I am extremely thankful. I am going to work my hardest and hopefully give other people motivation to get off their butts also.

So far everything has been pretty good. I have cleaned up my diet according to Sam’s recommendation and actually find it hard to consume all of the meals. I am basically force feeding myself at the end of the day. I never realized my previous portion sizes were so large. Now that I am weighing everything, I noticed that the amount of food my stomach can handle has dramatically decreased. Which is good, I get full much faster.
My current measurements are
Height 5’7”
Arms 16”
Neck 15.5”
Chest 41.5”
Waist 39.25”
Quads 22.75"
Currently. I'm starting with test e, 500mg per wk, .5mg adex EOD, and 20mg clen ED.
