First of all hello guyz and i big thanks to coach SAM and NAPS who is supporting the project... i am happy to announce that tomorow i start Projects Diet...all meals coocked and packed allready for tomorrow!!!first thing when i wake up is 30 min cardio then i start eating...i will do my best guyz to get the best ressult and i will always update the blog with my infos for stats/workouts everything ..good luck to everyone in this project les make sam PROUD for us guyz !!!!
