I just competed a few weeks ago and have to immediately get back into training as I have another meet scheduled in September in Vegas. I will be compete in the light weight division and am hoping to PR from my last meet.

I always take a week off following a meet and do light weight to keep the blood flowing. This gives me seven weeks of training, then two weeks of rest before this next meet. I have decided to do a few things different in my training since it's a short training cycle and I just maxed out. Plans so far will be:

1. Squat - Got a new squat suit with tailored hips (need much smaller than the stock size). Will do a three week periodization, with the third week putting the straps up and going for a ME single. Will squat twice more after, the last one determining my opener.
2. Bench - Will put on bench shirt every other week. One week will be raw focusing on raw strength/speed. Shirted bench will focus on overload of weight to both a two board and one board.
3. Deadlift - Will deadlift only twice. Once will be raw off a deficit, last will be with suit on to determine opener.

I am new to taking gear so I have been absorbing myself in reading anything and everything about gear. My bf felt I should take test phenyl prop at 60 mgs every four days, so I've been doing this for the past three weeks and haven't put on any noticeable weight. I also did a lot of research on GH and Peptides and decided upon the peptides. I elected GHRP2 with Mod GRF 1-29 at 50 mcg twice per day (upon waking and at bedtime). I learned that women's natural GH production is highest in the early morning hours (unlike the males). This works perfect for me as I take the peptide around 6:30 a.m., do my cardio. then return and eat my morning meal. I may add something else to the cycle as I approach into August but don't know what yet -- my bf usually recommends what I should consider taking.

The meet I am competing at is an invitational and all women competitors are amazing lifters. Those at the top take some form of performance enhancement. In my opinion, as long as I can continue to be feminine but be really strong, I'm all for it. I've had my babies, so I don't need to concern myself with that. If I want to compete side by side, I have to play the same game as my competitor. I will continue to focus on strength and femininity.

My sex drive has been through the roof. It's never been low, but now it's like crazy. My bf loves it because he's on a bunch of shit and is always in the mood for sex.

Last week was my first week of the squat periodization and did three sets of triples with weight at 250#, 255# and 265#. My goal this upcoming week may be 275# for three sets of doubles.

That's it for now...updates on training to follow.
