  1. Day 7 Project get shredded

    Weight:182.5lb

    Happy to see an increase of 2.5lbs. day off from workout tomorrow. Looking forward for that, after that its gonna be the leg day and we all know what that means lol
  2. DAY 6 on PROJECT get SHREDDED

    hello guyz just came back from workout...today was ,last workout for the week it was the 1st think in the morning before the meal i did 3 supersets chest/back+some abs and then 30 min cardio whole thing took be about 1hour and 20mins and i have enought strengh and pumps too 1st week was pretty good dite changed and i am about -0.7kg...so keep go on hard team and do our best !!!

  3. Day 6 Project get Shredded

    Almost have a hang of the diet now,workout isn't very consistent right now jst cuz sleep pattern is messed up as a result of all nighters for school. But almost on track now, regardless of that i have kept my strict diet with constant time interval as instructed by sam.Have my next 4 meals prepared and off to work!!

  4. Day 4 & 5

    Had a super tight schedule due to work and gf being annoying. Had an amazing workout today, i def feel the diet is playing a huge part in having proper workouts.

  5. Day 2 project Get SHREDDED tsek0s

    hello all so its my second day everithing goes fine i wake up 2 days now i make cardio about 30 mins and then i get my break fast...today it was my back workout it was great even i had lower carb as usual everything was good so i keep on and i will do my best...!!!
