Reply to need help!!also try some heavy compound movements like deadlifts and squats. a powerlifting routine is what helped get the initial size i was looking for

Reply to need help!!Sounds like you might be training too much. Try to limit workouts to 3-4 times a week for adding mass. Plus a lot of beginners lack in the diet aspect...
