    running 30mg ed.
    1- split through the day?
    2- Or all 30mg One Hour Before Workout?

    Split, try to keep the drugs levels stable in your blood. When i did it, two in the morning, and one before workout. Or you could do one morning, one pre workout, one post work out. if its tabs, cut up the tabs. just my two cents

      i have them in 10mg, so your saying 10mg in the morning 10mg pre and 10mg post..(pre would be about 1hour before workout)

        yup, its important to keep the drug levels stable throughout ur cycle.

          i did 60mgs for 6 weeks and i did it
          breakfast / lunch / dinner and 30mgs pre workout like 1 hour

          nothing crazy w/ tbol but id definately reccomend and will use it again

            Same here. This is how I ran it last time.

            I really liked GP's tbol. So much i ordered more

            Tbol only was my first cycle back in the day. You should be able to keep most of your gains and you will get bigger and stronger.

                I think im going to do 40mg. 10mg breakfast, 10mg Lunch, 20mg pre workout..

                  40mg seems low. You can go higher if you like.
