    hi naps,

    im a first time customer and im trying to "fund my wallet," but the wire transfer instructions are blank. can you please look into this issue?

    Please note that slashed "0" is a Number (zero) and "O" is the Letter

    Memo/Details: In the memo/details field of the wire, please write: FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

      been trying for a while now. emailed them, tried online chat, and even submitted a bug. but thanks again for the info you sent me, just gonna double check with them to make sure
