  • Optimal Time Between Cycles

I looked around at other threads and didn't really see anything pop out as a good solid answer to this question. Does anyone have any feedback on how long you should go between cycles? A good majority say that you should take an equal amount of time off (e.g. 10 weeks on/10 weeks off). Some say you only have to take off a minimum of 6 weeks between cycles because thats all your liver and cholesterol levels need in order to recover. Others say you can cruise on smaller amounts of gear (bridging). Is there a happy medium to any of this or a general consensus to help us get the most of our AAS experience?
If we can get some good answers from some experienced members, can we have a sticky made on this subject?
    Thanks in advance!!

Hey ZB, it's really up to you and what you want to accomplish. what I can tell you is what I do, I normally go 4-6 weeks I find that this works for me. I don't end up losing to much muscle with in that time. If your worried about health issues you can always have some test do by your doctor. this is why there's not a lot on this, everyone will say something different or what works for them.

ideally, you'll want to recover your hpta before you go back on. that would require getting blood work done before you start aas. then say, a month or 2 after pct, get tested to see if you are back to normal. thats the only way to know for sure. there is an idea parroted on the board, time on plus pct = time off. there is nothing set in stone about that. everyone is different, so i wouldnt call it a rule to live by
if you are new to the board, please take a minute to read the rules...CLICK HERE

most of the guys do for example 12 weeks cycle + 4 weeks PCT so they wait after PCT 16 weeks to start again

but there is no scientific background for this you need to be in good shape to start again, blood work etc. and do some resonable rest between cycles

like with everything use wise and with moderation
