  • Plyometric weightlifting

So I'm just wondering what are you guys opinions on the subject.. that's pretty what I do, personally it has allowed me to up my weights and stay explosive... that even while at 90% of my 1RM...I can't explain why exactly tho... my reaction time also is better than most who follow different routines...

The downsides I found were that if I wasn't focused enough, or following the perfect technique while lifting it I could easily get injured...

For some reason I also find that I seemt to have learned how to control myself better...maybe it's just in my head though...

i've been following this type of routine cause it seems to improve my power as well as strength(though I'm not sure it can be called that?).. resulting as a bigger force of impact while fighting..

    What do you guys think?
Ain't no use in lookin' down
Ain't no discharge on the ground
Ain't no use in lookin' back
    'Cause Jody's got your Cadillac
Ain't no use in feelin' blue
'Cause Jody's got your lady too

Personally I won't be of much help, but Kelly Bagget (top sports trainer) has a few articles on the subject.
