ok boys here it is, starting feb 11, next cycle will be all GP products:

wk 1-15: T3 starting @ 12.5mcg ed and increasing 12.5mcg every 2 weeks
wk 1-15: Clen 40/40/60/60/60/80/80/80/100/100/100/120/120/120 2 wks on 2 wks off
wk 1-21: 12.5mg Aromasin e3d
wk 18-21: Nolva PCT 40/20/20/10

im going to front load the first week of the cycle like this:
1st pin: 500mg blend/150ml prop
2nd pin: 150mg prop
3rd pin: 300mg blend/150mg prop
4th pin: normal pin schedule starts here with 50mg prop

i also have HCG that i will start at the first sign of testicular atrophy, and continue on it until pct at 250 iu's e4d. i will also be using AI sports Cycle Assist for my cycle support unless anyone else has another suggestion.

this will be my 5th cycle. 4th time actually knowing what im doing so i dont really count the first one :P. all other cycles have been 500mg test/week and kickstarted with t bol. ive been lifting since i was 15

TRAINING

DAY 1: Chest & Tris
DAY 2: Back & Bi's
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Shoulders

i workout 5 days a week with 2 days off as rest days with no exceptions(except injury). i go in the order i have described above and ill usually go no more than 3 days without taking a rest day. i usually take mondays and fridays off. i do 30 mins of cardio every morning before meal 1 and 30 mins after my workout. on one of my off days i usually only do my AM cardio unless the wife decides she wants to do a little something that afternoon :P with one day of doing nothing related to exercise except for abs. i do abs every other day weather i go to the gym or not that day

DIET
MEAL 1 = 6:30a - 5 whole eggs, 5 egg whites, salsa for flavor
MEAL 2 = 9:30a - 8oz ground turkey
MEAL 3 = 12:30p - 10oz chicken breast, 1cup spinach or brocolli, salsa for flavor
MEAL 4 = 3:30p - 8oz boiled shrimp
MEAL 5 = 6p - 6oz sirloin, 1cup brown rice (pre workout)
MEAL 6 = 8-8:30p - 50g protein shake, 1 banana (immediately after workout)
MEAL 7 = 9-9:30p - 8oz tilapia, small salad
MEAL 8 = 11p - 24g casein protein shake (right before bed)

TOTAL MACROS = 2545 CALS, 385g PRO, 80g CARB, 60g FAT

i will carb up a little more every now and then on a leg or back day with about 50 more carbs around meal 3 or 4. im very carb sensitive so anything over 200g carbs a day turns into fat for me. i also incorporate a cheat meal or two a week. i try to make the cheat meals around leg and back day since thats where im trying to improve at but those days are usually back to back so its not often that i get two cheat meals in. now, on days i dont train, i usually cut out meal #6 to get some carbs and fats out for a day

GOALS
my goals are simple. i just want to shed some excess bf while putting on quality mass that i can keep after pct. if i can stay around 260lbs and get down to about 12% bf, i will be more than satisfied.


let me know what you guys think about all of this. i cant wait to get started in a few weeks. not starting right away cause i injured my back over the weekend so im taking this week off from the gym. i just want to give my body time to get back into rhythm after this set back before i start going hard.

Keep us posted! I've seen far to many members start a log and for whatever reason stop updating with in a few weeks! I think a few of us are ready to see how the front loadind goes! Good luck and hope you get what you want out of this cycle!

Looks awesome Alex keep us posted I'm only on second so I can learn and try some of your things,diet schedule etc to see if it works for me. I'm really interested to hear Abt this front loading. And the hgh sounds like great idea go have around if needed

Just curious, is there a reason aromasin is used instead of arimidex?

Also why is var thrown in at the end?? Sorry I'm a newbie and trying to learn :D

I use aromasin over adex because adex isnt string enough for me. After playing with dosages of adex, I still get estrogen related sides with adex @ .5mg eod. Aromasin is slightly stronger than adex and ive found my sweet spot to be aromasin @ 12.5 mg e3d.

Var is thrown in at the end to harden up and promote more lean muscle growth

Thats one reason. Any oral can be ran up until the day you start pct due to the short half lives of orals. In my case, ill actually be running the var for the last 75 days of my cycle so ill take my last dose of var on a tuesday and start pct the next day on wednesday

Yea im only eating brown rice before and a banana after. I dont really like carbs so it shouldnt be hard for me. Im going to post the complete NEW diet either tonight or tomorrow. Just gotta get it written out to actually be able to look at it

ok so ive changed my diet to make this cycle a complete cut. didnt change any foods, just changed the amounts. so here it is:

6:30a MEAL 1: 4 Whole Eggs, 4 Egg Whites
9:30a MEAL 2: 5oz Boiled Shrimp
12:30p MEAL 3: 6oz Grilled Chicken Breast, 1cup Spinach or Broccoli
3:30p MEAL 4: 4oz Ground Turkey
6p MEAL 5: 5oz Sirloin, 1cup Brown Rice(Pre Workout)
8:30p MEAL 6: 50g ISO 100, 1 Banana(Post Workout)
9:30p MEAL 7: 8oz Tilapia, 1cup Spinach or Broccoli
11p MEAL 8: 33g Casein

TOTAL MACROS: 1990 Cals, 43g Fat, 80g Carbs, 300g Pro

I tell ya that diet will make some of us jealous That is such good tasting food at the right portions. Those who say there on a diet and hate there food should look at the way you have it set up
The only thing i want ya to do is in the back of your mind make sure you dont notice yourself loosing to much muscle with the low carbs it migjt not happen i would just like you to keep an eye on it. You definetly know your stuff Goodluck

Day 2 of my new diet. Wanted to get this thing in check before i start putting gear into myself. Like i said im only on day 2, just finished meal #6, 2 more to go for the night and my metabolism has been rolling alll day since meal 1. Been hungry and hot all day. Feed myself when i need to and im feelin great. Cant wait to get this thing rolling

Man i really want to incorporate some MHN into this cycle. Just dont know where or if i even could. I know i probably shouldnt since im already going to be running 10 wks of var. Maybe ill just do better holding off till next cycle

Well, had a pretty fucking shitty night at the gym. Absolutely horrible on all my lifts. Muscle endurance is pitiful. The strength is there but endurance is a totally different story. For example, i had the 90lb dumbells for dumbell bench, did about 4 reps and felt like i could do about 12, then i finished with SEVEN FUCKING REPS! Arms just gave out. And that was just the first exercise after my warm up. Im not sure if its the cals or carbs in my diet being low, this new job that has me traveling all the time, something else that i cant even think of, or a combination of it all but somethings got to get better. Shitty nights like tonight make me want to walk right out the gym after the first set. Seriously thinking about pushing this cycle back a week or two and make some adjustments where needed. Cant start a cycle in this condition

jump your carbs up for your meal before you hit the gym.i noticed that if i didnt eat a good bit of my daily carb intake before i hit the gym,i would feel and look strong...but id be shaky and couldnt really put a good day in. also,i noticed that i would feel like crap all day,too. REALLY felt like crap after the gym.then my gym buddy took me to this lil mexican place with a dive-thru. would order 2 shredded beef tortilla's with black beans and brown rice on the side. that SAME day i walked in the gym like a mutha fuckin BOSS.lmao. but anyway...i noticed that i felt a lot better thru the day when i concentrated my carb intake on my meal set just before i hit the gym. all day long i would feel better and i not only looked strong,but i could hit the iron strong,too. hope my personal experience and this idea helps. btw,id say i ate 6 meals a day and would eat 30-40% of my carbs on that meal.

Thanks bro, thats what im thinking about doing. I already take in about 50g of carbs in my pre workout meal. I also forgot to mention im getting good pumps so its really puzzling me why ilmy muscles get so worn out so quickly. Maybe ill try getting in another 50g in the meal before that one and see what that does. I havent been gettin as much sleep as i want to either though so im going to try those 2 things differently this week and next and see where that puts me. But for sure, im pushing it back at least one week. Thanks again bro

I am exactly the same way if don't eat up before moving weight some one else will have to do it. I started carrying about a litter of home brew protein smoothy with me to drink on. I put 2 or 3 bananas and a cup of oatmeal in it. Seems to set me off about 2 or 3 sets in.

Im going to play with carb cycling a little bit. Gonna do a few regular days with 135 carbs, then on my first off day, go down to about 10 carbs. Then the following day shock the body and replenish glycogen levels with about 200-250g carbs, then back down to regular days till my next off day and repeat. So basically ill be going to 10 carbs on off days then shicking the body with an abundance of carbs the following day then taking them back away, but not too dramatic the following day...

Day 1: 135g
Day 2: 135g
Day 3: 135g
Day 4: 10g (off day)
Day 5: 200-250g
Day 6: 135g
Day 7: 10g (off day)

Day 1: 200-250g
Day 2: 135g
Day 3: 135g
Day 4: 10g (off)
Day 5: 200-250g
Day 6: 135g
Day 7: 10g (off)

Arite fellas. Just a quick little update before we get this thing rolling

Got my bloodwork done today. I feel like things are as good as they could possibly. Im in a good routine with sleeping, eating, and training. Last workout will be saturday and i will take sunday and monday(maybe) off to get completely rested. Will start pinning monday with a frontloading dose of:

500mg test e/eq blend and 150mg test prop

I will be updating this log weekly, but will be on here daily to answer any questions you might have

Look for a before pic and stats this weekend

Day 1 stats: 259lbs 13% body fat. Managed to get my body fat down a little before i started. Haven done a lick of cardio in the past 2 weeks in an effort to hopefully shock my body into fat burning overdrive. First pins later tonight! Cant wait

No im not strict on time if day, i am strict on consistancy. I dont do mon/thurs schedules like everyone else. I believe e4d is as consistant as it gets, it might seem a little anol but, thats me

Just a quick update. Pinned 2.5ml of the blen and 1.5ml prop tonight. Went pretty smooth. No PIP even with the prop. That blen is thick as hell though. Took a while to get it out my 25g pin. Other than that, all is good and this thing is rolling

Haha thats my project for this weekend. I edited them at work today. I just need to upload them but i cant at work. The monitoring stmystem catches anything. They just gsve a guy a warning last week for being on a website that he wasnt supposed to be on for 2 minutes. I dont really have time to get on my computer at home during the week so it'll have to wait till this weekend

I'm 28 and before my first cycle I was 320 free and 12 usable (not sure the measurement) :(. But man did my first cycle of test really improve how I felt physically and mentally.

Yea im having a hard time believing those numbers are right. I dont do TRT and those #'s seem a little high for how i feel. I dont feel like shit or anything like that but i find myself not having the energy to do things sometimes. Im gonna double check on it tom with the doc and let u guys know

Just one of those things where everyone is different. One person might feel like superman with your numbers, another might not. But... One way or the other, you're in a good place to start a cycle, your system is healthy.

The numbers are pretty much the same except my test serum is 494.

WEEK 1 - 2/18-2/24

STATS: 259lbs 13% body fat

MONDAY

Diet: Took meal 5 & 6 out due to the fact that i didnt train today. Still ate every 3 hours for the most part. Totals: 1500cals, 7g carbs, 38g fats, 255g pro

Training: No cardio or lifting today

Gear: 40mcg Clen, 12.5mcg T3, 12.5mg Aromasin, 500mg Blend, & 150mg Prop

Notes: overall good day just a little tired due to a lack of sleep last night. The blend is really thick but the pins still went smooth with a 25g needle. No PIP or anything yet even with the prop

TUESDAY

Diet: Spot on. Added 44 carbs to meal #3 to bring them up kind of like an overload after going so low yesterday. Totals: 2560 cals, 174g carbs, 44g fats, 330g pro

Training: Real good night on the weights. Gonna scale back on the weights a bit and try to focus a little more on cardio. Still gonna go heavy to tear down the muscle, just not my usual 16-20 sets for big groups and 12-15 for smaller groups. Ended up with 15 sets for chest and 10 sets on tri's but i made every rep count. Did something ive only done once before and pre exhaust the chest with 2 sets of heavy flys. I really got a good pump and feel like it helped me be able to contract the chest a little more on the rest of my lifts. Only had time for 15 mins of cardio after the workout. It will get better through out the cycle

Gear: 12.5mcg T3, 40mcg clen

Notes: Little disappointed in myself for not getting up this morning for cardio. Ill remember how this feels when the alarm goes off tomorrow morning

WEDNESDAY

Diet: On point yet again. I think i have the hang of this diet thing. Totals: 2500 cals, 130g carbs, 50g fats, 350g pro

Training: Back and bis tonight. Felt okay. Still managed to get a good workout in. 15 sets for back, 9 for bis. Decided to stick with 15 mins of cardio at night only for the remainder of this week. I will bump it up 5 minutes every week till i get to 30 mins then ill start adding in morning cardio. The reason for this is simple. I havent done a minute of cardio in 2 weeks. I treat cardio as a supplement to my training. If i start out at 30 mins in the am and 30 mins after i lift, i cant go anywhere beyond that except back down. By gradually increasing it every week, it will be more of a shock to the body than going 1 hour a day straight out the gate.

Gear: 150mg Prop, 12.5mcg T3, 60mcg Clen

Notes: Pinned in my quad today for the first time ever. Little pip not too bad though. Prob a 3 on a scale of 1-10. Had a blood fountain when i pulled out. It was pretty cool haha. Must have nicked a vein cause i had a clean aspiration

THURSDAY

Diet: Well i had my first slip up today. Had a slice of cheese pizza and a bread stick with meal #3 8). I think i deserved it though and its bot like i ate half a pizza or something. Other than that, spot on again. Totals: 2600 cal, 175g carbs, 55g fats, 325g pro (and yes that is with the pizza n breadstick)

Training: Only did shoulders tonight. No cardio. Ended up with 20 sets. My shoulders respond well to higher reps so i try to stay above 12 reps. I know 20 sets seems like a lot for one body part, but i hit all heads of the deltoids separately. Usually 5-6 sets for each head of the delt, and 3-4 sets of some kind of presses.

Gear: 12.5mcg T3, 60mcg Clen, 12.5mg Aromasin

Notes: Dragging ass today. Pretty hectic day at work. Glad tomorrow is an off day from the gym.

FRIDAY

Diet: Had to switch up a few things due to lent. Had fish twice and a shake instead of turkey. Totals: 1360 cals, 9g carbs, 24g fat, 250g pro

Training: Zero. Thank god for off days

Gear: 12.5mcg T3, 60mcg Clen, 300mg Blend, 150mg Prop

Notes: Worn out. Im glad i dont have to train today.

SATURDAY

Diet: Change in plans for today too. Added some carbs to breakfast and meal #2 was my pre workout meal. Everything after that was normal. Totals: 1800 cals, 130g carbs, 34g fat, 225g pro

Training: Hit a new PR on squats, 450lbs for 8 reps. Focused a little more on hamstrings this session due to the fact that i did a lot of quad work last leg workout. Ended up with 21 sets total. 9 for quads, 9 for hammies, 3 for calves. Did 15 mins of cardio before my workout to get a sweat going and blood flowing.

Gear: 12.5mcg T3, 80mcg Clen

Notes: Felt good in the gym today. PIP from the shot in the quad wednesday finally cleared up today. Feel like the prop might be kicking in. Not full force yet but i am feeling some strength gains

SUNDAY

Diet: Had to adjust a few meals but overall a pretty good day at the table again. Totals: 1950 cals, 130g carbs, 21g fat, 290g pro

Diet: Typical off day diet except my cheat meal for dinner. Had a big juicy burger with cheese and bacon piled on top from a local restaurant. Training: 23sets of shoulders. Did 2 sets of 25 reps shoulder presses at the tail end of the workout just to change things up - crucial. 20 mins of cardio

Notes: Little tired today. Appetite was out of control around lunch time. Slight increase in strength from last shoulder workout. No doubt the test is working. THURSDAY

Diet: Solid day at the table. Felt full all day. 2220 cals, 130g carbs, 45g fats, 300g pro

Training: Light leg day. Did 6 sets for quads, 6 sets for hammies, and 3 for calves. 20 mins on the stair master again

I think im going to try a new routine this weekin an effort to lower time spent in the gym. Im going to switch over to my 1 body part/day routine:

Monday: off
Tuesday: chest
Wednesday: back
Thursday: legs
Friday: off
Saturday: arms
Sunday: shoulders

I have been feeling rushed through my workouts so that i can get cardio started by a certain time at night. By switching to this new routine, i will be able to hit that one muscle group quickly and focus more time towards cardio.

I like focusing on one group at a time as well. Works out great on days you go twice. Ive been hitting one muscle group in the morning and a different one at night.

I dont think i mentioned anywhere that all my cardio is done on the stair master except fasted cardio. Fasted is just taking the dogs for a walk...

Personally, ive always been a fan of the stationary bike. Crank up the resistance and it turns into a killer leg workout. I always under estimate the bike.

I like the stationary to get my heart rate up before an early morning workout right after i get up and havent had a chance to move around alot. I just dont feel like i get a good cardiovascular shock on it like i do on the stair master. Just personal preference

The wife works at a place that has a gym, they just got some new ellipticals and we ended up buying 2 of the used ones from them, we payed $400 for two Precor EFX 546Self Powered . Damn things are 2-3k each, so this was a nice addition to the home gym.

Training: Swapped over to an all chest session tonight. Got in 18 sets all together and was able to throw in some super sets and FST7 work. Great pump. 25 mins cardio. Great workout. Strength is deffinately up

Notes: Got called out to a rig at 2am so the energy wasnt there today but still managed to get a good workout in. PIP from the prop is decreasing with each pin

WEDNESDAY

Training: Deadlifts were ridiculous. Pulled 410lbs for 12 reps, and that was after 2 sets of 15 reps at 315lbs, and 365lbs. Might not be much to anyone else but ive never really done alot of deads in my life time. Ended up with a total of 19sets. 25 mins cardio.

Gear: 25mcg T3, 300mg Blend, 50mg Prop

Notes: First time i got lower back pumps from a workout on this cycle. Worst/best feeling in the world

THURSDAY

Well considering i only got 5 weeks out of it all, i cant really make a solid case for any of it except the prop. GP prop is legit, gtg, or whatever else you want to say about it. Its fucking good. PIP can be a bitch sometimes, but show me a prop that doesnt hurt. On another note, if youre going to use the test/eq blend, get some big gauge needles to draw with cause that shit is THICK. I was drawing with 23g and it took forever. Ended up drawing with 20g and pinning with the 23's which wasnt bad but i dont recommend pinning with any smaller that 23g with that particular blend
