  • Cut cycle questions/help

Hey guys I'm wanting to start a cut cycle, and need some advice or help on diet what I should be doing ect.Right now my bmr is 2285,I'm 22-25% bf,237 is what I weigh, and 6 ft tall.I haven't got a meal plan together as of right now but will be starting gear in two weeks.

    12-15 weeks test c 500 mg a week,pin on mon/thur

This is second cycle as I done a bulk cycle first and had awesome results, just want to see what some people could tell me about a plan I need to get in order. Thanks and appreciate all the help

Are you saying you are doing 12-15 weeks of test c for your cut cycle?

You need to get your diet in order before you even think about using gear. I have never cut with gear in my life lol. It's not hard to lose weight especially when you are at 20%+ bf.

Shooting test won't help you cut lol and don't stay away from carbs. Carbs are important to have in your diet. also, 1500 calories is pretty low for someone your size.. You should be able to cut just fine with a 2000 calorie diet. Hell, I only weigh 185 right now and I can cut with 2500-2800 calories without any real issues. If you keep hitting the gym, you won't lose the muscle.

Test c is not good for cutting, it's for bulking, you need to get gear that works good on a low calorie diet. Test prop, Mast, Tren A, winstrol and maybe some clenbuterol etc. It seem like some guys here don't believe in using gear to cut and some say there's no such thing as a cut cycle, I just don't understand that one but hey thats them. These are a few that I use, they WILL help you keep more muscle than if you didn't use anything at all. Now the diet and cardio are very important so you must get your diet down and do a shit load of cardio a long with the gear. I agree with EthanWS6 1500 calories is low for you. You should be able to start around 2500-2000 calories and ajust from there depending on how you do.

Mr. Big, I'm not telling him to stay away from gear, I'm simply saying that he needs to get everything else in line first. Making your overall lifestyle work without gear will yield more efficient results when using the gear. Just trying to get him the best results with the least amount of effort lmao.

kawi, if you can stay with 200g of protein and 200g of carbs, that will give you 1600 calories, and you can play with adding fats from there. You just need to play around with calorie count and see what works best for your body. If you are doing cardio, you could probably add a little more protein/carbs and not worry about the added calories since you will be burning a little extra through the day.

Ah gotcha yeah I got confused haha. I always advise people to get things rolling without gear and then once they get a good start, use it then

you could use more protein. if i were you, i would cut out some of those calories that youre getting in with carbs and replace those cals with more protein cals. make sure you take in the majority of your carbs before you train as good carbs, and a few fast carbs post training. you shoud be sitting closer to 2500 cals at your weight and you need to get there with cals from protein. just remember, protein helps burn fat so its kind of an even trade, more cals from protein = more fat burned. youre taking in more cals but youre also burning more fat. i know it doesnt seem logical but, thats how it works. fats are fine as long as theyre from good whole foods. fats regulate test production which also burns fat. but since youre cutting, you can stick with 40-50g fat since your protein will be high and that will make up the difference in the fat burning properties of your diet.

you need to be closer to 350g pro, 100g carbs, fats are fine, and cals should be around 2500
