  • 1 year of progress

here is a recent pic next to one from just about a year ago. for the most part, all i've used is GP gear for the last year. does GP work? you tell me

my main focus has been back and legs. i've spent a lot of time tweaking my training and really pushing my diet. here are the results. 2 more months until i start a 16 wk contest diet.

yes sir. i will put together a progress log with regular updates, progress pics, cycle, training and food. i'll probably shy away from doses to avoid giving new users the wrong idea, but i will certainly talk about what compounds i'm using and when i'm adding them in or taking them out

thanks guys. i'm pretty happy with the work i put in this year. i'm still a ways away from the vision of what i want to be, but i am comfortable with letting the process continue. i will get there. its just a matter of time
