    AMEN to that, slow and steady wins the race. I can't begin to tell you how many people I have seen lift weight improperly just to impress others, and in the long run huritng themselves

      Young Bucks here on JM listen, this is golden advice by Jose - Squeeze + feel the muscle + u will grow faster + bigger than just pushing heavy weights.

      IMO - u will then be able to lift heavier in the long run.

        i saw this in the related videos. josie training with DLB. i'm a big fan of pre-exhusting like he talks about here. sure you have to leave the ego at home. you can't lift quite as much weight as when you're fresh, but if your goal is bodybuilding, who cares how much you're lifting, if it's turning you into a freak.
