  • t bol "bridge"

before i even get started, i just want to be sure that everyone knows that i am aware that there is no such thing as a bridge and that time on = time off but im just asking you to hear me out before you respond with that.

so i was planning on a pretty bad ass cycle coming up in october but due to a few recent expences (got married and bought a house all in 1 week), im not going to be able to commit to another cycle until the beginning of next year. in the meen time, i am planning on living on clen and t bol hahaha. reason being, i dont want to lose strength from current cycle and i need to shed some body fat before i can commit to my next cycle. i would finish my pct which starts in 3 weeks then take my 12 weeks off and start the "bridge" process. like i said, i understand theres technically no such thing as a "bridge", but for lack of a better term, thats what im calling it in this thread. i am planning on running the clen at 2 weeks on 2 weeks off at 20/20/40/40/60/60/80/80/100/100/100/120/120/120 and the t bol at 20mg ed.

ideas and options are always welcome. TIA.

how long do you plan on using tbol for? how often are you going to get your cholesterol checked? the boards always talk about orals are bad for your liver, and yes, 17aa steroids are bad for you liver, but i would be much more concerned about your heart. that doesnt repair itself. if your going to use steroids this way...which at your level, some would define as abuse, you'd be much better off using a low dose of test.

I fully agree with Sam! Why not a low or moderate dose of Test , or HGH ( of course its spendy so I can understand why you wouldnt) , test is so cheap though and wayyyy better for you then running an 17aa oral esp stacked with clen . Test and Hgh would be the best thing though by far.

ok so how much? im thinking maybe .5ml test cyp or enan e4d or e5d? also, how should i use an AI at this dosage? im assuming adex @ .5mg e3d? yea sebaco, HGH would deffinately be ideal, but like i said bro, money is tied up in other places which is the reason im not going completely off.

Sam, i would be using the t bol for anywhere from 8-12 weeks...but i like the idea of the test a little better. just wasnt really planning on pinning and using cycle support supps and AI's and all the other shit but its just the price i'll have to pay i guess.

I would go with Test C or E at 250mg a week. One bottle will last you 10 weeks at that rate. Honestly, you can go with 2 bottles and go with 500mg a week for 10 weeks. At least you will be getting more than HRT dose and will gain some size/strength and not just shut you down with no gains. You can do 1cc/250mg Monday and Thursday or something OR if you don't want to pin that much. Once a week with C or E would work. Getting two bottles to run 500mg a week would be a better option. Going with .5cc a week is only 125mg and that's just enough to shut you down without gaining anything from it. What's the point then, you know? If you're going to keep yourself shut down you might as well gain from it too. And since you plan on going right into it from your current cycle - save the PCT that you have and use it when you are done with this one. Just keep training hard and keep protein and carbs up there to maintain. But by the time you start losing the water and strength gains you will be going to the next cycle.

A bridge is usually 4-6 weeks to maintain muscle before starting another cycle. You pretty much want to run another cycle but with bridge type doses.

Thats what I would do, bro. 2 bottles of Test is cheap.

about 1cc E10D is pretty normal. the only way to truly tell what a decent dose is for replacement is to get blood work done. same with adex. around 5.mg adex 2x a wk is pretty normal, but some need less while others need more. HCG will help you to an extent, but at the end of the day, you are setting yourself up for permanent shut down. after only having dont a few cycles this is a big step. make no mistake, i think it's a bad idea. it's not my body though, so its not my call. impotency and infertility are just a couple concepts you may be facing. i dont mean this to call you out bro, or put you down. i respect you and everyone here. it's your choice and i understand the allure. believe me. muscle isnt worth risking so much though. i've learned this first hand and if i'd like to help others make better, safer choices. ...nuff said. your call.

Thanks sam. Youve opened my eyes. I think ill just stick with the clen and a good natty test booster since my problem is body fat, not muscle. All the problems that come along with a so called "bridge" arent worth it in the long run. Im going to just take the rest of the year off and once the new year rolls around, ill get back into it hard. Thanks for the help again guys. I really appreciate it.

wow bro. it isnt often that someone is actually willing to stop and listen to what others have to say. it can be frustrating to be on my end of things sometimes. in the past, i feel like i would get personally invested in these conversations and actually feel let down when someone made a choice possibly risky to their health. i realize now though that i cant have expectations for people, you know. i can try to tell them how to stay safe...or safer, but at the end of the day, its up to an individual to make their own choice. believe me, i'm made my share of poor decisions in life lol. but yea, big respect bro, for having the humility to stop for a minute and look at the bigger picture. how old are you? have you ever looked into igf-lr3? this just might be a perfect option for you. when i've used it post cycle, i manage to keep more of my gains. it wont effect your HPTA, so your body will still be able to recover from your cycling.

also, something else i didnt mention about "cruising". you miss out on a lot of the BANG you get from going back on after you've cruised for awhile. when you're clean and you go on cycle...or at least me, i respond so strongly. everything feels great. weight goes way up. strength goes way up. when you get into that blast/cruise loop, the blasts arent quiet as good IME and over time, i found myself needing more and more gear to make dramatic gains. that equals more side effects. more health concerns, ect. sure there are benefits to blast/cruise. a lot of the really big competitors i know, never come completely off. they've made their choices and are willing to take the issues that go with them. even at their level though, its a lot to sacrifice. i know one guy who has done well nationally. he's about 42 now and cant have sex without viagra, and thats even on gear. just my opinion, but something just isnt right about that man. doesnt matter how well you do on stage.

Thats another good point. Im only 24 and like i said man, my life is just getting started with the wedding and the house. Next step is going to be kids and i deffinately dont want to be shut down while trying to do that. Like you said, its not worth it at all in the long run. To be honest with u, no i've never even heard of igf-lr3. Yea i know exactly what youre talking about with the BANG. Like the first couple weeks or so is just a rediculous sense of self being. You feel like youre on cloud 9. Nothing bothers you and you feel like a god in the gym

Sam.....Thats why alot of us on here really respect this board and the advice thats given. Your comments have probably helped more than Xela. Its more for the thousands that dont chime in. They just read and do their homework like I did for a year and a half before I even became a member. I recommend anyone who is serious to tune in here because they will learn the real deal about gear, the good, the bad and the truth. Thanks brotha.
