  • IGF-1 LONG R3 and recovering from injury

I've read up a little on IGF-1 LONG R3 and noticed you can pin it bi-laterally to stimulate growth in specific muscles.

My muscles on my left side have a little atrophy from an injury a while back so now that the doctors have told me I can build muscle again can I pin it in just my left side to help those muscles catch up?

Also is there anything out there that helps stimulate nerves?

Your knowledge is appreciated. Many thanks...

some time back, it was thought that igf may have potential for site specific growth. from everything i've seen personally, from what i've read, and from what i've heard from others, there is no site specific growth. once you inject it IM, it travels through your blood stream quickly. it doesnt just sit in the injection site.

this being said, i believe that IGF is good for helping to rehab injuries, so i wouldnt write it off
