  • Test E and Tbol, First Cycle

    Here it is. My first Cycle. Started today.

    15 week cycle:
    Test E - 500mg a week, pin 250 M and Th
    Tbol - 40mg first week, 60mg next 4 weeks
    Adex - .5mg eod

    PCT:
    Nolva - 40/40/20/20/10
    Asin - 25/12.5/12.5/12.5/12.5
    Natty test booster for 8 weeks
    DAA

        Day 1

        Bench press - 135x15, 185x10, 205x6, 225x3
        Incline Press - 135x15, 155x10, 175x10, 195x12
        Cable Fly - 80x10, 70x10, 60x10, 50x14
        Chin Ups - 60, sets of 10
        Bent Over Row - 145x10, 145x10, 190x10, 190x10
        Hack Squat - 245x10, 335x10, 335x10, 335x10
        Deep Squat - 135x10, 135x10, 135x10, 225x10
        lunge - 3 sets of 10
        Calf Raises - 245x10, 335x10, 335x10, 335x10

        Felt good today. Obviously its my first day, not expecting much from test or tbol. Lets see where this goes 8)

        The pin today was super easy. i warmed the test up before my pin, and it was next to painless. Right Quad, 250mg, 40mg tbol, .5mg adex.

        It has begun...

          Give it time you will get thru it, cycle doesn't look over kill make sure you stick with your Diet,,,

            O of course. Diet is in check. 2600 cal/day right now

            350g protein
            180g carb
            50g fat

                you seem to have a nice base...how long have you been on diet? Just ask because you look like maybe you have had some chunk in your day..lol. Cycle seems good for start maybe just run 40mg of Tbol the whole time...IMO

                  running a similar cycle soon with test cyp and tbol @ 50 mg lemme know how it goes. what's your weight and height?

                    and Cfinch, yes, about 1.5 years ago i was 205 and 30% bf, i cut down to 174 @ 9% bf. Now i'm up to 195 ish, at about 13%, and that was all done natty 8)

                            Just got back from the gym. popped 40mg tbol today at noon. Noticed more pump today. i truly doubt tbol already kickin in, but whatever 8P

                            Day 2

                            BB clean and press - none
                            DB lateral raises - 20x15, 20x15, 20x15, 20x15
                            Heavy upright rows - 80x15, 80x15, 80x15, 80x15
                            Shoulder press - none
                            Straight leg deadlift - 145x10, 145x10, 190x10, 190x10
                            BB curl - 55x12, 75x12, 95x10, 55x15
                            DB curl - 30x10, 30x10, 40x10, 40x10
                            Seated dip machine - 135x20, 135x20, 225x10, 225x10
                            Tricep extension - 110x10, 120x10, 130x10, 140x10

                            Shoulder felt a little sore today, so i left it alone. Gonna see what it feels like on thursday. i don't wanna hurt it this soon in, lol. Only sore when i lift, so i most likely just strained it a bit. Will wait about 4 days to lift on it again.

                              If the shoulder is bothering your do yourself a favor and stay away from upright rows too. Id also stay away from dips because of the position it puts the shoulder in and maybe those tri ext/skulls. Give the shoulder some extra time to heal. IMHO.
