Naps is definitely a reputable site. At first I was skeptical about the delivery, however, I went on their customer service site and Naps replied back in a timely manner. Shipments to the USA can take up to 21 -30 days. My friend has received his shipment in less than two weeks. It will depend on your postal zip code. The postal service can be delayed in some areas, ie. Los Angeles, CA.
The products are extremely effective, however, ever body type is differ end and it will depend on your usage...beginners will typically see results within the 4-5th week. The more advanced will see results within 5-6 weeks...higher dosages may have different reaction times.
