  • Week 11 questions!

    Good week as far as strength goes, 325lbs for 6 reps on the flat bench. Going to try to maxx out next week for 350 - 375 and see what happens!!! LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!!!! I can only see 2 problems right now.... one is my weight keeps moving back up and down. Calories 2,100, total fat 39 grams, sodium 2,599mgs, potassium 2,451mgs, carbs 234 grams, dietary fiber26 grams, sugars 58 grams, protien 241 grams daily. I havent incorporated cardio yet, so i kno that plays a big part. Workout 5 days a week and 2 days rest. 750 mgs of test en, 500 tren en, 350 mgs of winstrol oral weekly. 120mcgs of igf-1, 10ius of hgh daily. Second problem is for the last two days i lost alot of vascularity, and the only things i have changed is adding bronkaid and asprin, oxyelite , and eliminating egg yolks!!
