View Full Version : Running a over the counter fat burner with gear???

is it ok to run a fat burner while doing this
anadrol 50mgs per day
Test E 600mg every 5 days
EQ 500mg every 5 days

would prob wait till im done with the abombs until i start the fat burner - but looking for some advice from more experience

keep an eye on ur BP, aas can raise ur BP + many fat burners do also.

Any supp store really.. bodybuilding.com for instance- it's probably one if not the most potent legal fat burner there is..

That stuff is a bit costly, but I assume you feel it's worth it. I've been wanting to get rid of the little bit of body fat I have before starting summer cycle. How often do you take it? Any sides?

no sides for me personally but i shredded my obesity using it so i can guarantee it works.. that if diet follows hehe

yea bro. i tried to do that with the cycle im on now with 2 servings/day. only thing is, it will absolutely crush your appetite. i was trying to eat 7 meals a day when i started my cycle but i found myself forcing the food down or not eating it all. i cut it back to only one serving a day before fasted cardio in the AM to get a more fat burning state and for a little boost of energy. no problem eating everything the rest of the day now

Hm, I never had that effect personally, but then I've always loved eating. The stimulant itself can get you to feel sick, if that's the case, lower the dosing and up it slowly.. personally I dealt with it it just lasts a few days.. :) As for doing for instance OEP in the morning to do cardio... if you do it... make sure to be full of your BCAAs and glutamine... I'd strongly recommend a fast acting whey protein shake before going though. When I used to play college football, never would they have us run or do any type of HIIT on an empty stomach, even for the guys trying to shred fat, it has more cons than pros..

yea i drink a serving of bcaas before i do cardio. i use extend so theres no need for me to take any extra glutamine. i dont go too hard in the am though. just walking for 40 mins on an incline
