    finally got my shit in hand!! i promise i am the happiest man alive right now. gonna make for a hell of a back session today!! not planning on starting for another few weeks. i was surprised to see how small the oral packs and actual tabs really are. o well cant wait to stab myself and swallow that first t bol!!

    wks 1-4: GP t-bol 50mg ed
    wks 1-12: GP test cyp 250 500mg/week
    wks 7-12: GP stan10 50mg ed
    wks 1-12: GP adex .5mg e3d

    PCT 2 weeks after final pin: nolva 40/30/30/20

        good point Liquid which brings up a question...since my main goal with this cycle is to drop about 5% bf since im pretty happy with where im at on mass, should i keep my calories, fat, and carbs low and protein high with lean meat? or just eat like i am right now?

        Macros are:
        4000 cals
        300 protein
        350-300 carbs (im pretty carb sensitive, anything more than this really just goes to my trouble areas)
        50 fats

        thinking about maybe:
        3000 cals
        350 protein
        200-250 carbs
        fats as low as possible without trying to add any other than whats in the foods i will be eating

        let me know what yall think???????
