    hi guys im considering taking some clenbuterol but have heard mixed reviews about it all i want to do is strip unwanted belly fat n to tone up a bit more im 21 and weigh 224 pounds im 6 foot but a stocky build i admit i dont have the best diet but its not the worst im just not all that clued up on these things so any help will be good

    Weightloss cycle plan with clenbuterol – T3 and Ketotifen.
    For those who have a lot of weight to lose, or have been fighting the weight for years with no reaction, there are some Clenbuterol stacks that will push your body to the limit of its fat burning capabilities.
    You will need: Clenbuterol Hydrochloride 40mcg Tablets (Tiny White Tablet), T3 80mcg Tablets (Yellow Tablet) and Ketotifen 1mg Tablets (Larger White Tablet with Score).
    For men you will need 200 x 40mcg Clenbuterol tabs. 100 x Cytomix Tablets and 100 x 1mg Ketotifen Tabs.
    For women you will need 100x 40mcg Clenbuterol tabs. 100 x Cytomix Tablets and 100 x 1mg Ketotifen Tabs.
    The Clenbuterol will raise your bodies temperature and heartrate, therefore burning more calories per hour. Normally your body will not get any effect from Clenbuterol after 3 weeks, but this is why we take it with Ketotifen.
    The Ketotifen will keep your Beta 2 receptors in good shape, meaning you can use Clenbuterol for longer up to 6 weeks. (Clenbuterol can not safely be used for longer than 3 weeks, without a 3 week break, unless you are using Ketotifen daily from the second week).
    The T3 will stimulate your thyroid increasing your metabolism.
    This is a 9 Week Cycle
    The Clenbuterol is taken every day, in the morning, from week 1 to week 6.
    The Ketotifen is taken everyday, before bed, in weeks 2-6
    The T3 Cytomel is taken everyday in weeks 1-3 & 7-9 (giving you 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off, 3 weeks on)
    Special Attention needs to be paid to the start AND end of your 6 Weeks of Clenbuterol, start with a small dose for the first 2 days, the a slightly higher dose for another 2 days and then your max/recommended dose for the remainder of the cycle. When you come to the end of the cycle, reverse the process, taking slightly less for 2 days, then slightly less for another 2 days and then stopping.
    THE FIRST TIME YOU TAKE CLENBUTEROL: You must establish for yourself what is the correct dosage. For a woman it will be between 40-100mcg, for a man between 80-160mcg. You start on 20-40mcg for a couple of days, then you raise to 40-80mcg for a couple more days.. at this point you should “feel” the clenbuterol working, if your hands are shaking slightly, don’t worry that should subside in a day, if it does not you are taking slightly too much and you need to reduce your dose 20-40mcg. So it’s the point where your taking just less than the amount that makes your hands tremble that you want to find and this is your MAX dose. You want to be taking enough Clenbuterol to be “feeling it” when your doing your workout, but not so much that your hands are shaking and making you feel uncomfortable.
    EXTRA Special Attention needs to be paid to the start AND end of your 3 weeks usage of T3 Cytomel. You must also start on a low dose and gradually work your way up, but it is far more important with T3 than with Clenbuterol.
    For mixed 80mcg Tablets (60mcg of T3 mixed with 20mcg of T4)
    Start on 1/2 a pill a day for the first 2 days, then 1 pill a day for 2 days, then 1 1/2 pills per day for the remainder of the 3 weeks, until the end when you MUST reverse this process.
    Ketotifen take 2 tablets a day everyday before bed from week 2-6.
    The thing to remember about Ketotifen is that is makes you drowsy and you should not take it in the morning or before driving your car.
    Taking Ketotifen DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN DO T3 FOR LONGER THAN 3 WEEKS, YOU CAN NEVER DO T3 FOR LONGER THAN 3 WEEKS.

      It worked well for me. I stacked it with anavar. 120mg clen and 50mg of anavar ed. Got my 6pack back within weeks. Didn't like clen much tho. Felt like I'd drank like a million coffees. Made me proper jittery and shakey. Don't know if it was the clen or var that was helpin the most but I was happy with the results. Was doin lots of cardio too which I don't usually do so who knows how well I'd have done naturally.
      Also heard primobolan is excellent for cuttin fat but never tries myself.

        Also try to learn more about diet and nutrition. This can be the difference between success and failure even when using clen or gear. A good change in diet will probably help more than the clen will. But both together is a winning combo.

          X2, couldn't agree more. not to mention, you'll actually be able to keep the fat off when your done with the clen, if your diet is on point. otherwise, you'll return to where you were before.

            i do a ten minute run and ten minute bike at the end of every workout i also play football(english football) training on tuesday and matches on saturdays. i am goin to get my diet into shape ive been told not too eat much carbs i eat a lot of chicken and boiled vegetables and have pasta meals during the day but i think its mostly the weekend drinkin that ruins it, i want too be more dedicated and think i will once i start seein changes again ive got to the point where im not seein changes like i did when i started working out thats why im seeking advice into clen cos ive been told its good and will get me into the shape i want

              Awesome advice! I have been considering this for a while and wasnt sure which way to go. I had also heard Primobolan was a decent alternative. I think I might just do a 3 week cycle and see how I feel, then perhaps try the 6 week cycle as outlined above. Its a little different for me since I dont actually care much about gaining muscle as much as dropping weight and increasing cardio. I am a cyclist and want to improve my riding so we'll see how it goes.

                first, stop drinking. it is counter productive to your goals.

                i'm sure you're getting a lot of cardio on the days you're playing soccer, but as for the other days seem like they could use a lot of improvment. clen will help, but it will really only make a small difference. for cardio, first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach is the best. slow steady state cardio, heart rate at 125bpm. start with 30 minutes 4 times a wk. work your way to 6 times a wk. then go to 45 minutes per session. then, eventually, an hour per session. use clen 2 wks on, 2 wks off. take yohimbine hcl with yout clen, first thing in the mornin g with nothing else but water before cardio. if first thing is not going to work, do it right after you train. use a treadmill or stair climber. dont use the bike. trust me, with the right diet, we can get you to whatever BF you want using cardio like this, as long as your diet is in oder.

                  since I am planning the same type of thing but I am a cyclist, I am curious as to why you say dont use the bike?

                    Very agreed...first choose,and follow a good diet plan,and if it's not works anymore THEN USE THE MEDICINES.Not instead or firstly.Thaths my opinion.I'am not against any meds,but the timing in this whole sport is very important.

                        i dont have measurements i just make enough to last me through the day. i have been told to have a carb free diet but im not very clued up on this stuff thats y i ask u guys. i need to know something that will work for me i feel im not doin anything right i need to get myself a decent diet n one that i can stick by i reali want to shape up so im very grateful for the advice all you guys give me this is the most help ive ever had from any forum site thanks

                          Great article ronny, otherwise did u have any news about analysis that have been perform on UG Clen. Main problem for these UG labs is to manufacture a very very small dosage like a 0.04mg. Neither of these UG labs can reach an average dosing at 0.04mg per pill. All of them have the same problem: dosing, that can varies from 0.02mg / in to 0.14mg / in one tablet .

                          This is why I personally avoid to use UG Clen,T3,and T4.

                            I am new in this forum but make contest for some years, I make this every time but take ephedrine in place of clen, try clen next time, but why clen in the morning and not many time all the day
