Orders before the vacation

I placed an order at napsgear and paid via Western Union on December 9th, shortly after they announced a vacation. I still haven't received my package and the order status says cancelled, so what now?

Apparently they are on the way. I'm in the same boat as u my friend. But I don't understand why people are recieving orders placed after the vacation yet wer still waiting for our December orders. It's totally ruined my cycle plans for winter bulk. If it takes much longer.. theyv lost me as a customer forever its just ridiculous.

yeah kinda sucks i'm guessing they ran out of some of the items u guys ordered so they have not been able to ship idk tho
