  • Newbie - Making Progress

    Thanks to several members here, I have learned a lot about the steps to take in getting back in shape.

    Me: 45, 6', 220(Buddha Belly)... (Firefighter), tore my ACL a little over a year ago, ready to lose the spare tire.

    I was advised to go with the following weight loss process:
    (9 weeks) Clenbuterol, Ketotifen, T3 Cytomix and Cardio. First question, what is a good weight loss cardio routine (Duration and Intensity)? Diet is obvious, but any other weight loss tips?

    My Doc prescribed me Depo-Test 200 @ 0.5ml once every 3 weeks. I self pin, so I upped the dosage to 0.5ml once a week. Is this a good dosage? If not, what would you recommend?

    I'm planning ahead for my first bulk cycle, I want to have my gear ordered and ready to go once the belly is gone. I've read that Equipose and Test are a good beginners cycle. True? If so, what dosage should I use? What should I use for PCT? I have a vial of HCG, is this good for PCT? If so, what dose?

    Does the fact that I will always be using the Doctor prescribed Depo-Test affect the PCT?

    Best cycle for beginners is straight up Test. I like Test E the best. You will see this a lot when people ask about 1st cycle. You should start off with 1 thing and then you can add more on later cycles. You need to find out how your body reacts. Im not too good with PCT yet so I will leave that for one of the other members to hit on. If I were you I would run 400-500mg of Test a week for you first cycle. Depending on what kind of Test you get depends on how often you need to pin

        If your doing HRT I would recommend you do that instead of a PCT, this what I do. Once your done with your cycle just start up your HRT.

          mrbig do u just run hrt until ur next cycle? would you say this works equally well?

            Yes, I run it between all my cycle, bulk or cut. It works well for me, I'm able to keep the muscle I've put on.
