    Well this work out intrigues me. What are you guys' opinion on it?
    Ain't no use in lookin' down
    Ain't no discharge on the ground
    Ain't no use in lookin' back
    'Cause Jody's got your Cadillac
    Ain't no use in feelin' blue
    'Cause Jody's got your lady too

    They really hit the outside lower pecs, but are hell on the elbows.

        I prefer declines. The reverse grip just seems unnatural to me. Plus I have bad tendinitis in my right elbow. Go ahead and give them a try though. You might like them.

          Hmm I'll give them a try but I also have some tendinities in my elbow so I might want to leave it and do the declines more

            Indeed...completely not right feeling. For me causes more pain than good...Decline all the way

              I do these sometimes. However, I do lighter weight for more reps and always on the smith machine. It puts more stress on my wrists then anything else. I only include it once or twice a month. I like to add different stuff to my chest work outs cuz' there's only so much variation if you don't get creative.

                  i did it for awhile, on the smith machine, trying to focus on my triceps. i didnt like it either. i heard an older pro saying it got really popular in the 80's until a lot of guys started getting hurt.
