Great video Sam. His is really the type of build I'm after - big, bulky, but not nearly the amount of fat that you would normally see on strong men.

i met him a couple yrs ago. totally cool guy. very easy to talk to. he stood about 2 heads taller than me and his hands were like baseball mits lol. its amazing to think he is one of the "smaller" of the top level strongmen. word has it that if and when he decides to stop strongman, he may be interested in retooling his physique to get into bodybuilding. he says it would take a lot of work, because as of now, his whole posterior chain is super over developed for his sport
