    So I am at the beginning (start of week 3) of a sus/deca cycle w/ dbol jumpstart and at the gym tonight about half way through destroying my tri's it literally felt as if they were going rip off the bone. So much to the fact I couldn't finish my workout even with dirastically lowered weight. Is this a side effect anyone has experienced before possible a dosin problem? Any information would be greatly apperciated.

    It's great that your feeling strong, but you don't have to over do it to get great results. I believe your muscles are going to grow faster than ligaments, tendons, etc get stronger. I remember the crazy pumps I got with DBol, yeah you had to stop sometimes cause everything was so tight. THE LAST THING you want to do is injure yourself and if you are pushing your limits it may very well happen. Nothing sucks more than starting a cycle and hurting yourself. How many mg of DBol are you taking?

      How many cycles have you done before, if this is your first or second, than it just maybe that they were so pumped up because you were working them so hard. I get that some times but I been training for many years and know what my body can handle. You will tear something if you push to hard.

        Im somewhere between 10-15 as far as cycles go but its the first time with anything other then prop and tren w/ dbol kickstarts. Nothing really outta the norm as far as my wokrouts go (same one I've used with other cycles) and I was only barely into the workout. My main concern was it was something someone had experienced with deca/dbol before or my dosage was off something to that fact. I assumed it was due to my extreme growth (almost 15 lbs in 2 weeks or so) but I figured if I have great resources out here why not check

            yea... 15 lbs in 2 wks..certainly a lot more water retention than any prop/tren cycle. it could be crazy pumps? i really dont know though. i dont completely understand the feeling you're talking about. if i were to explain a pain as "muscle ripping from bone", i would think it was an injury, like ruptured tendon or torn tri. that would probably be followed by swelling and bruising

              Yeah it because you were training so hard and the combo of gear works good for you, just be careful and don't tear anything.

                Unfortunately I have felt the whole tear the muscle of the bone thing before (calf) and its not a good feeling. But was in the gym with zero adverse effects today so I'll chalk it up to over the top pumps and a lil too much water in the system. THanks for the input fellas!

                  feels like ripping off the bones like a splint? or feeling like the muscle is just gonna pop. how much dbol are you taking? my money is on a dbol pump from hell

                    It was like the tri ripping away from the ligament/bone. . . . .even at relatively zero weight. Im at 40mg on dbol which I've ran it higher never had anything. But thankfully its all been gravey since then cause the last thing I need is more injuries!

                      Not good, i had same thing with my right shoulder. I was doing flyes with free weight and i feel some ripping in my shoulder, now I'm almost 70 days out..

                      Be safe, warm up properly and listen to your body. And good luck.
