Heya! So I decided to make the move and start a cycle. Let's see how that goes!

Bio:

6'2
220lbs
10% bodyfat

12 weeks (everything is Balkan Pharma)
Test E@ 500mg/week
D-bol at 30mg/day (5weeks)
Nolva

Diet: Too lazy to write the whole 8 meals diet so here's the total

On heavy lifting/cardio days(crossfit kinda training with powerlifting(not counting PTs)): +-5000 calories, 420g of proteins, 300g of carbs
On rest days: 3000 calories, 300g of proteins, 60g of carbs

Supplements:

good stuff xamo, hope your not running that d-bol more then 5week's, and how you planning on running pct? also if i were you i would really try and get the protein up to 2g per 1lb body weight, although 380g is grate shoot for 400+ at least imo

Hey! Yeah I forgot. I wasn't sure what to do for PCT, but I was probably gonna go with clomid. Yep that's right 5 weeks Dbol I'll edit my post! Sounds good I'll try to up my prot intake! Let me know if you have anymore advice!

Thanks man,

I'm on day 3. So far I've had an increase in strength and endurance. Better vascularity as well. I'll keep you guys posted.

Hey guys, so I'll bump this thread..

Due to some family business I couldn't finish that cycle. I did up my weights by quite a lot though.

I did however do a Clen/T3 cycle. That was the worst cycle I ever did.. first did it not work, but I had no energy whatsoever. I couldn't finish most my routines, I couldn't work out more than 10 minutes.. after that I would be dead. My strength was gone and that sucked. So I guess it just doesn't work for some people.

Not a good idea to run T3 with out some test as its quite catabolic. Ive heard people say this before about clen/t3 cycles and lack of energy. I think its the T3 but im not sure.
