with a 16 hour half life what is the best way to dose this at 60mg a day would it be 20mg every 8 hours or 30mg every 12 hours to keep blood levels stable thanks

A half life of 16 hours gives you alot of options in regards of how to split the dosages. I would take it every 12 hours if the half life is 16 hours. Less tablets to remember to take. I would forget a dose. lol

I'd say either or will work fine but if I had to pick I'd go with the 30/30
