Low Test, Low LH & Prohormone use - Did I fuck myself up?

I ran a 6 week cycle of Prohormones, and got my blood work checked at a clinic 1 week in to PCT.
My total test came back under 20. Super f'ing low.

Doc start4ed with shots right away, but not before taking blood once more and testing FSH levels.
FSH just cmae back at .2 so He is going to have me go to an endocrinologist.
His concern is that the PH use over the years (about 5 cycles in 3 years) has messed me up.
I am not sure how my levels should be 1 week in to PCT though.

So I have 2 questions:

- Will FSH be very low right after a PH cycle?
- Now that I am taking TRT shots (250 weekly) should I still use a serm to bounce back from the PH?

im sure the whole problem came from taking the test 1 week into pct. the prohormones had cleared the system, and the pct hadnt had time to do its job.
