  • Easy 600 calorie shake

    Ok, here is an EASY way to toss another 600 calories into a bass/bulk diet:

    Ingredients:
    1 cup - Quaker Oats
    1 cup - 2% Milk
    1 cup - Water
    1 scoop - Whey Protein (any flavor)

    1. Combine all in a blender
    2. Blend on HIGH setting until oats are broken down
    3. Drink it up! Yum...

    Macros:
    600 Calories
    55g Protein
    70g Carbs (complex)
    10g Fat

    If you drink 2ED, thats a simple way to add 110g Protein & 140g carbs to a diet!

      Its for the oats.They mix easily with them and makes the shake easier to drink.Too thick and its harder to get down.
