    iT'S CALL VARIATIONS WITH LEG EXTENSION. FIRST DO REGULAR STRAIGHT LEGS EXTENTION, THE TURN LEGS OUT SQUEEZE AND HOLD FOR 5 SECONDS, THEN THE NEXT TIME POINT TOES IN TO BRING OUT TEAR DROP. tHIS IS ACTUALLY ONE GIANT SET. 4-5 SETS EACH DIRECTION, REST MUST BE 20-30 SECOND INBETWEEN SETS. THEN CONTINUE WITH LEG PRESS, FRONT SQUATS AND THEN REQULAR SQUATS. TIMEING AND, SQUEEZING, LESS REST TIME IS THE KEY. THAT IS HOW U CAN BE KNOWN AS QUADZILLA... GIVE IT 2 MONTHS

      Thats a brutal fucking leg day safe. Right now im not on gear. Can i do this every week while im off the juice or is this gonna be too much? Legs are my weakness

        Damn that's volume heh? That routine would take considerable focus and grit. If one didn't over-train, seems as though it would produce brow raising results.
