  • Diet When Starting On Your Gear

I'm going to start using my gear May 1
Should I calculate my diet to the weight that I'm look to be at when I'm done with the gear or should I calculate it in steps so that I don't but on fat? My run will be about 16 to 20 weeks, roughly how much weight should I expect to put on.

Thats all gonna depend on your diet, training, sleep, outside activities, also what you plan on running. All these factors are gonna have a direct effect on your gains. But...considering this is all on point, and assumIng you have a solid pct in line you could obtain a lean 8-12lbs of mass when its all said and done. Just make sure you know how to train when you stop the gear. Overtraining while "off" is a common mistake IMO. Good luck with your cycle and happy gaining : )
