  • Looking for help with beginning!

    Never have been involved with juice or anything near it. I am 26, perfect health, 5'10, 186 lbs. I have a decent build, but nothing ripped, no abs...just decently built when I do flex. Everything looks solid, with some shape. I am trying to find an article on this, but I would assume it would vary due to body size, and other factors.

    Thank you for any pointers and/or advice.

    Firstly welcome to JM. What are your goals? Are you looking to bulk, cut??? If your totally new to this I would recommend alot of reading before you consider any cycle.
