    im40yr old 6' 250lb 25% bf been back in the gym after 7yr layoff, been about a few months and got some gear. Been researching on a bunch of diff avenues and everyone has their opinion. The guys on this site seem to have the best input if read so this is where i will post and learn if youll let me. I have test 400 and deca 300 with some nova on hand and a-dex and clomid on the way. once all the goods are in hand i plan on getting at it. Any suggestions on amounts to take and ai and pct? Ive got a plan together just looking to tweek based on any expert opinions. Ive taken a few cycles way back when but like i said its been 7yrs. I know most guys are gonna say lose more weight and hit the gym longer before poking yourself but Im forty and want to kick start my comeback to my former athletic self. As well i have a huge bottle of clen. Can i sneak that in there somewhere to lose some fat while i gain muscle or should i save it and use it later to cut some of the unwanted weight. thanks
