I heard from reviews that alpa labs is the most trusted source for aas. If this is true, how do I obtain steroids from them?

Also, what is a good cycle for a newbie? I'm 35 years old, 222lbs, 175 lean muscle, 5'9". I was thinkin deca and sustanon.

Your advice much appreciated.

never used alpa but its worth a shot. My take is if you buy stuff in amples it almost gurantees it being real farm grade. Have you ever watch how amples are filled and the machine needed to do it? youd have to invest some real money to own it.
