    Hi.

    I've decided to take my first steroid cycle, i've been reading alot about the different steroid profiles, AI, PCT ect.

    My cycle is gonna look like this :

    Cycle It's ment to be a Cutting cycle

    Test E - i will pin 250mg monday / thursday to keep stable blood levels.

    Test E - week 1-14 / 500mg week

    Arimidex - week 1-16, .50 e3d

    N2guard - Week 1-20, 3 tabs each day.

    Pct

    Clomid - week 16-20, 100/50/50/50 on everyday base.

    Nolvadex - week 16-20, 40/20/20/20 on everyday base


    Diet

    Meal 1-3-4
    20 g Brown Rice = 73 kcal
    75g cottage cheese ( long lasting protein ) = 70 kcal
    200 g chicken = 210 kcal
    200 g Brocolli

    Meal 5
    20 g Brown Rice = 73 kcal
    75g cottage cheese = 70 kcal
    200 g Beef 3-6% fedt = 272
    200 g Brocolli

    Måltid 2
    20 g Brown Rice = 73 kcal
    75g cottage cheese = 70 kcal
    150 g salmon = 265 kcal
    200 g Brocolli

    Total meal KCAL = 1887 kcal.

    At the morning
    2 scoop Protein shake 1½ hour before meal 1.
    Skyr 250 g = 160 kcal
    250 kcal

    Pre workout
    Pre-workout 2 scoop and BCAA tabs plus Animal Pack vitamins

    After training
    2 scoops 80 % protein pulver
    120 kcal

    Before i go to sleep
    2 scoops Casein
    120 kcal

    at night 02:00
    2 Scoops Casein
    120 kcal

    Total = 2497 kcal.

    Age 26

    Been training for around 9 years now - normaly i hit the gym 5-6 times each week.

    My primary goal is to get below 10 % bf and maintain my current level of muscle, does this sound realistic ?

    Am i missing something ?

      If your cutting i would ease up on the carbs after mid afternoon. Also PCT looks a bit much. I would go

      Clomid 50/50/25/25
      Nolva 20/20/10/10/10

      and run the Adex through PCT

        Also diet will change some as u lean up or should depending on how nasty u want to get
