  • Changing My Routine What Ya Think?

    Going from.
    1- Legs 5x3
    2- Chest 5x3
    3- Back 4x3
    4- Shoulder 5x3
    5- Bi's & Tri's 3x3 3x3
    6- rest
    7- rest

    To

    1- Chest & Triceps 4x3, 3x3
    2- Legs 5x3
    3- Shoulders 5x3
    4- Cardio Light
    5- Back & Biceps 4x3, 3x3
    6- Rest
    7- Rest

    What do you think? I wasn't specific on the exercises because I try to do different every time, like one week barbell, one week dumbbells, always change it up.

    for me, i know i need more back exercises, but i guess that comes down to intensity. dorian just did 2 sets and that was enough. but for me, i usually doing 2 width exercises and 2 thickness exercises all for 4 sets and end with 4 sets of rack pull dead lifts.

    i usually do 4 set of 4 exercies for each muscle group.

      Only change I would make is flip the tri's and Bi's....when you do chest do Bi's (a push and a pull) when you do back do tri's (a pull and a push) thats just my opinion I found my arms responded best to this

        Ill try 4x4 and see how that works out, I'm trying not to over train.

            Monday - chest & bi's 4x4, 3x4
            Tuesday - legs 5x3
            Wednesday - shoulders 5x3
            Thursday - light cardio
            Friday - back & tri's 4x4, 3x4

                        I started this week monday did chest and bi's 5x3, 3x3.. feel good today chest and bi's feel great a lil sore.
