  • Why do I have to finish really high to feel full contraction in my bicep?

    So I have been fooling around with positions when it comes to the top of a barbell curl. TO feel the muscle really squeeze and contract, I actually have to bring the bar all the way up to where it almost touches my chin. Have any of you ever had to do this before?
