    Hello all this is my first post to here but I am looking for a little advice.

    My Stats are:
    HT 6ft 2in weight: 245 BF 19%

    current stack
    500mg Test E
    250mg Deca
    30mg Dbol
    .5mg Anastrozole

    I am trying to gain lean muscle mass and cut some of the BF% off me my diet looks as such.
    0600 5 whole eggs 1 cup oats glass of coffee
    0800 1 chicken breast 1 cup pasta
    0930 Pre-work out 1 sweet potato
    1200 post work out 8 oz steak 1 sweet potato 1 cup pasta protein shake
    1500 1 chicken breast 2 cups greens
    1700 8 oz steak 1 cup pasta
    1900 2 pb&j's 16 oz glass of milk
    2100 1 chicken breast 2 cups greens
    2200 protein shake

    Any advice on my diet or my stack would be helpful thank you in advance.
