    I am thinking of running a 8 or 12 week cycle as a starter which i think is more safer for me to do a 8 week run..just to get my body use to it if any chance i want to do a cycle again.

        like i said a starter the basic of all basic 2ml weekly of Test E while taking 40mg of Turinabol everyday {for 8 weeks} 20mg during the day and 20mg in the afternoon while taking femara half a pill a day


        week 1-7 2ml
        week 8 2ml /3ml = 5ml that whole week
        week1-8 Turinabol 40mg everyday while taking femara

        week 10 pct
        first day 200mg of clomid /40mg nolva
        every other day for 30 days 100mg clomid /20mg nolva an also the 30 days of femara half a pill

        did some read up i got it down to the real basic run an if you going to ask my diet is 750 to 800 grams of protein a day workout about 2 hours a day mon-fri sat cardio sun rest

          There are a lot of thoughts on cycle lengths. Your cycle is what I ran for my first cycle. Test and tbol. I actually had femara on hand as well. Here was my experience:

          I ran 500mg test a week for 11 weeks. (Was going to go 12, but got sick and shut it down)
          I made my best strength gains later in the cycle (when i was only on test)
          I only used the femara(letro) once during the cycle and at .625mg. It's some strong shit and may be unnecessary. (tbol does not aromatize)
          My face bloated a bit during my cycle. I maybe could have fought this with more letro, but I was damn strong when my face was puffy and I had no signs of gyno.

          40mg tbol seemed to be my limit. at 60mg i had noticeable appetite reduction. I had a bit at 40mg too.

          No need to use the femara during your pct.

          I find it hard to believe you are eating 800 grams of protein a day. That equals 3200 calories of just protein per day! There is no pro that even comes close to that. Most bodybuilders shoot for their bodyweight or slightly more in their grams of protein intake.

          Two hour workouts five days per week probably aren't getting you anywhere either. My guess is you are performing too many sets with not enough intensity to induce muscle or strength gains.

          Your going to do what you want to do, but I think most here would suggest you get your training and diet under control before you start messing around with roids.

              lol sorry i mean weekly 750 to 800 grams an i am doing 4sets with 10 to 15 reps dependin the weight an i mostly do workouts like evryone else but i like quality over quantity an i like to work all the areas like exp. say monday i do legs means i do 5 exercises of legs alone then i work my lower back means deadlift /step ups an so onim not pushing myself cause i done workouts like that without juice i just not getting the gains i like to see an i do sleep 8 hours sometimes i act like a kid an take 2 hour naps lol before going to the game so i feel good to go
