    ok so I noticed my mid and lower traps are extremly lacking with the rest of my back thickness. what do you guys think would be best to thicken them up??

    I would say try close grip pull downs and close grip seated rows.

      Rows brotha. I think youre talking about your rhomboids if im not mistaken. Start with lower weights and really squeeze the shoulder blades together. A shoulder width grip is what you need. A wider grip will hit rear delts more than your rhomboids

        should I be pulling towards my hips on the rows or towards middle of my back for that? also what about dead lifts?

          Pull towards your chest. Deads are great but not for rhomboids

                iv been using upright cable rows at different angles..you will feel the difference after yuo fing your weak points with the right angle

                  if ur really talking about ur traps (not Rohmb's) do behind the back shrugs (I do em on smithmachine)
