We were in the last contest and in no way would I have my wife do that again. Most of pictures were fakes and the guys who put up the fake photos write the worst comments in the world. Something that was supposed to fun ended up making my wife upset. Advise if you post your girl don't let her read the comments.

*Most Aesthetic physique, male or female
*Best progress, male or female
*Posing in public
*Best gym shots

I like the past ones cheat meals, and bicep flex in random places.

That would be awesome Ronny. Very nice of you to offer. I would get into a best progress contest. I find a few of the sponsors at OLM do some things like this. Recently have seen an arms contest, calves contest, and longer "cutter" and "bulk" contests. Being July now, maybe some members would want to do a fall bulk contest?

Guys, your opinions matter, but please keep it respectful. There is no need to bash Naps, or anyone else for the matter. These contests are meant for fun, and not everyone is always going to participate. Your ideas are more then welcome, and we will forward them to Naps. In the meantime, all the photoshopped and fake pics, I caught so, the cheaters didn't get anything. Are their flaws in the voting? Yes, and I think it is something that has to be worked out. Not sure what can be done, but maybe the tech guys can figure out a way to keep the voting fair for everyone involved..

I know what can be done there is another website that NAPS is apart off and they give FREE gear like crazy
There even gona be giving away 200 anavar And no stupid contest maybe juiced muscle should run this website as fair as the other site
The other site is ran where people are given points then if someone has a question and some has an answer the peron who had the question gives the guy that had the answer to his question one of his points. I guess you sponsors or mods know what site im talking about
But that is how a real site is ran FAIR and there given points for sending in pictures of themselves and there gear

Ok here we go just like I said. If you look at this guy MichaelXXX has 5 pic's up, you should only be allowed 1 pic, plus you can tell there fakes. The rule states: "Please hold something with the "TEAM NAPS(and the date)" written on it in black marker so that we know the pics are real.' then why in most of the pic's the girl's are not holding the sign, BECAUSE THERE FUCKIN FAKES. I'm real fuckin good with PhotoShop and I can make any thing look real!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why bother bothers.......
