    Hello. I am new to this forum an new to bodybuilding.
    I have been a shotput and discus thrower for a couple years. I'm 5'11 and 159 pounds. I have a bit of fat probably around 9%-12% .
    I am in desperate need of diet and training help. I know this is a stretch but would anyone here be willing to be my online coach? Help me with my routine ,diet , and etc.
    I'm a junior in highschool currently. By the end of my senior year i would like to compete in the mr.Oklahoma competition. I would greatly appreciate a reply.
