Whats your favorite lifting style and why?

Mine right now is German Volume Training (GVT). Pure intensity and i grew like a weed on while doing this. I will be going back to it here soon.

my arms tend to lag behind chest and back. i gave fst-7 a try, focusing on arm development and it worked out well. i managed to put more size on my arms over a several month period of time and the shape of my muscle looks more round and full.

it may not work for everyone, just like any training method, but for where i was at, it has worked great.

I have been interested in fst-7 and how it works. Might have to research it and give it a go.

i followed the advice in the fst7 article i posted here in the weight lifting forum. fst7 is something that you cycle in and out of your training. in my experience, it seemed like a shock to my body and i had good growth for around 12 weeks. then it felt like my body was getting used to the program, so i took a break. i haven't used it on all body parts. more so, i've used it to focus on what needs to be brought up. first i used it with bi's/tri's. now i'm using it with chest and getting good results again.

Hhmm I would use it to bring up Lats and chest. You have peaked my interest on the fst-7. Thanks Sam.

check out max-ot.it's a low volume routine but an ass kicker nonetheless.

I'm doing well with Dc Training. Strength is not what i expected-GREAT! Increases each workout. Weight gain each week. Haven't tried max-ot yet but if rocco-x is doing it, better work up to it.
