is juice the same as a reguarl drug

i know single amp is a one time use but vials are mutli use and here comes the question when i put air into a vial in a drug it has 24 hours to be used again cause the air i put in is dirty an make the next injection be a viruse but with juice you only need to use 2 times during the week ...exp. i used it on monday at 8 am means tuesday at 8am its no good or is it still usable will i get sick ?

Just before u draw take a cotton ball or whatever put alcohol on it and clean the rubber stopper and top of ur vial i do this for precaution
