Over the fall and winter of 2013 I began a regimen of a low cal diet, light weight lifting, and cardio. I lost over 30 lbs and was experiencing incredible progress. Unfortunately, I suffered a SLAP tear that required surgery. I’ve recovered to a point that I can get back into the cardio and lifting within reason.

I’m really looking for something to jumpstart the process and get me back to the momentum I had before the injury. I’ve done it all natural thus far but I’m ready for some help.

I’m male, 30, 5’10”, 170 lbs.
